Vangelis gave us an excellent informative tour of Knossos. We communicated beforehand and told us the best way to get from our cruise ship to Knossos (take a taxi or bus from the city center - not from the port!). I think he must also be a teacher because he presents his material as an educator would - he uses pictures, reviews information, and really helps you imagine life in Minoan times.

Amazing family-like experience! Marinos was up to and above expected standard, providing us with a unique local touch. Home-made cookies and freshly picked strawberries were a nice surprise. Higly recomendeded for those that wanna see Crete through locals eyes, without rush or crowded tour. P.S. Restaurant, or rather food in it was amazing too )

Our guide was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. We learnt so much and would have missed many things if we did it ourselves.

really something to do and I advise you to check before your departure because the hotel costs double.

Thanks Vangelis - we appreciated your knowledge and professionalism.
