Visilious was a superb guide, Very knowledgeable and you could tell he was passionate about the history he was talking about. He actually had a PHD in archaeology so there was absolutely no one more qualified to show us round the Olympia site. He was also very friendly and accommodating. As it was a private tour, he gave us options of what we could do after our Olympia tour. We chose to visit a olive oil farm. We were shown how olive oil is made and had the differences between olives explained. We then had a light lunch along with an olive oil tasting which was superb. The option to purchase some olive oil was available but there was no pressure to do so, as the company was a recent award winner and because it tasted so amazing, we bought some and arranged to have it shipped home. I would really recommend this tour with visilious to anyone looking for a fun informative and stress free day. 5 stars!

Amazing artwork done by Scooterise. Definitely the best way to complete the visit with 3D views of what the site looked like 2’500 years ago. Really useful to make it real beyond our imagination. App download is easy (requires a 4G/WiFi connection), only the equipment compatible with smartphone has to be collected in Scooterise office in Athens. An alternative proposed by this tour operator is to ship the device (quite small) to an address outside of Athens (an hotel for instance). Can be an option for people who don’t pass through Athens during their trip. Customer service reactive and accurate. Heavily recommandable!
