Easy to book. Tour instructor, Kris, was excellent, very friendly and full of knowledge. He planned the outing very well giving us info on everything we needed to know and where to look for best experience. Did not have to worry about a thing. Vehicle used for travel was very comfortable, clean and safe. the video during travel was also excellent as it helped pass the time and highlighted areas to look at once arrived. Would use again when visit next.

We ordered a transfer to Auschwitz without a guide, a very convenient option for those who do not want a tour and want to look around themselves. Check out was delayed by 15 minutes, but otherwise everything was great: they gave us a brochure in Russian, tickets, 2 hours each in Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 was enough for us to look around. The road took only 3 hours in both directions, on its own it would have been 3 hours in one direction only. We are glad.

Overall the tour was good. Our time slot to set off was pushed back by an hour. There were no complaints with the transport provided, there was a film shown on the journey there which provided an overall insight into Auschwitz. Our tour guide also provided some information. Main issue was the promised allotted time slot of 2 hours at Birkenau was reduced to 1hr 30 minutes which was not enough time to see all the sites within the camp. Towards the end we felt very rushed and didn’t manage to see everything we wanted.
