Overall the tour was good. Our time slot to set off was pushed back by an hour. There were no complaints with the transport provided, there was a film shown on the journey there which provided an overall insight into Auschwitz. Our tour guide also provided some information. Main issue was the promised allotted time slot of 2 hours at Birkenau was reduced to 1hr 30 minutes which was not enough time to see all the sites within the camp. Towards the end we felt very rushed and didn’t manage to see everything we wanted.

Time was changed on the morning of booking from 11am to 10.15 which was a minor inconvenience but tour itself was very good with an informative member of staff on the bus. Lots to learn at Auschwitz and Birkenau requires lots of walking. Always wanted to visit and glad I have done it now.

This was an amazing trip, very sad but so good to see it in real life. The pick up at the hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service was great. And the tour guy was so lovely and knowledgeable. Plenty of time to look at both Auschwitz and Birkenau. And returned back to our hotel.
