Trip was excellent but there was an issue with our pick up. We were contacted the day before and told that the pick up time was 05:55am and we must not be late. We were there early and several mini buses came and went but our names were not on any list. At 06:15 I contacted the company via Whatsapp - replying to the message they had sent the day before to confirm pick up time. They contacted the driver who arrived about 15 minutes later. He was very apologetic but explained that nobody had told him to pick us up and we had not been put on any pick up list. He was on his way to Auschwitz with 4 other passengers and had to turn around to come back to pick us up. We did not let this spoil our trip but no further apology has been received regarding the very late pickup which was disappointing!
