In summary - Romain was personable, informative and captivating. I would book with him again in a heartbeat. He managed a big group of people I think 17 in our tour. The one and only reason we marked one star down on value for money is because we really struggled to hear the information we had a rather large group of people who came together on our tour and they kept talking over Romain so it was difficult at times. Some of the buildings like the cheese factory and the stroopwaffle location were fascinating and Romain had some brilliant information but due to the buildings being so small we couldn’t all fit and we missed all of Romains information. Perhaps a smaller group of people but charging more would help. It’s a fine balance which I’m sure is difficult but out of other tours we have done across the globe we would have happily paid more for this tour.

This was such an informative tour! Yoshi, our guide, was very knowledgeable and delivered the content in such a way that made the history come to life and connect us to the horrors of that time. My 12 year old also thought it was excellent. It was a highlight of our trip and one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Thank you Yoshi!

One of our favorite things to do in Amsterdam. Romain was knowledgeable and entertaining. He gave us a great overall experience. A perfect combination of foods from an eclectic city.

Our Guide was competent, nice, helpful. VR was good, may be better than live tour. All was fine. Free drink in the end of tour. Thank You.

It was very good. But it’s better not to name Anne frank on the heading of the tour if the tour doesn’t passes nearby the house.
