  • Amsterdam Micropia Skip-the-Line Admission Ticket

    3. Amsterdam Micropia Skip-the-Line Admission Ticket

At Micropia you’ll experience the smallest and most successful of life forms. Every human being carries approximately 1.5 kilograms of microbes, as you’ll learn with you skip-the-line admission ticket. Microbes are everywhere, and they shape your world. You can experience this straight away through specially designed 3D viewers that make it possible for you to see how living microbes move around, eat, and reproduce. You can navigate through the habitat of extremophiles, which are microorganisms that are able to survive the most extreme circumstances. And with a body scan, you come face-to-face with your very own microorganisms. After a visit to Micropia, you’ll probably never see yourself, or the world, in the same way again.

Price with 16€ per person is okay, but a little bit too much for the museum. The pictures and illustrations are however, very good and it's very interesting to read the information. Still it's really detailed and many creatures are being discriped, which is why this is only for people who are really interested in microbiology. Great visit!

Overall rating

Experienced a Zoo, with very kind employees. The living spaces of the animals seems a little small. Other visitors tend to tick on windows and cages. Artis must change the behaviour of there visitors. Overall, it is a nice place to walk, no long distances. A walk through in 3 hours.

Zoo was beautiful. Was not crowded. Animal cages was integrated in enviroment. Made me feel like in safari. Animals look good, not sad and bored like in others zoo i have been in my country. Sadly aquarium was not working.

Fantastic experience with our group of friends. We came on a beautifully sunny day and it was the perfect trip.

I don’t like the idea of capturing animals and keeping them away from their natural habitat

If you're going to visit many museums, buying this card is absolutely worth it
