Take a Fjordcruise/Round trip from the downtown harbor of Ålesund to Unesco Geirangerfjord and enjoy the dramatic landscape that slides slowly past you. Our modern Catamaran has a big outside viewing deck and wonderfull inside area with big panoramic windows. We have a very small kiosk with snacks on board. The boat cruise takes 3 hour each way. In Geiranger you have a stopp and time to explore the village on your own, before the boat will return to Ålesund. the stopp depending on the schedule of the day from 1 - 3 hours. In Ålesund, meeting point the pier, where you can board the catamaran, is right beside the central bus station. Rådhusbrygga. Once on board, grab a light snack/coffe from the kiosk, and get ready for the sights. Put in your earphones, and turn on the audio guide to your language. Watch the waterfalls passing by as you cruise to Geiranger. The final Cruise 16 km-long is the Highlight as you enter the UNESCO site "Geirangerfjord", Enjoy listen to the stories about the people who made there living along the Fjords. Dont forgett your camera as we will slowly glide past the waterfalls "The Seven sister" and "The Suitor". Once you arrive in Geiranger, you have time to explore the village, the waterfall walk and the Unesco World Heritage Center. Visit the Norwegian Fjord Centre, which is an interesting information and visitor center on the landscape of the West Norwegian fjords and the Geirangerfjord heritage area. In addition to a large interactive exhibition, there is also a cafeteria and a sale of local artisan products. Anyone who wants to can walk the 'Waterfall Walk' (327 steps) down the magnificent river in Norsk Fjordsenter and back to the ship.

Visit the Giske Church, a 12th-century church built from white marble, located approximately 10km from the Ålesund city center. Head across the water to the island of Alnes. See views of the Atlantic ocean as you explore the fishing island. Stop at Alnes Fyr, a local lighthouse with a cafe. Spend some time in Alnes Fyr Cafe, where you can purchase coffee and snacks. The last stop is the Aksla viewpoint. Here you can take in panoramic views of the city and archipelago. You can stop here to have a coffee or something to eat at Fjellstua restaurant. If you wish to go to the city center, you can end the tour at the viewpoint. Otherwise, you will be taken back to the tour starting point.

Our guests will meet the guide at the start of the via ferrata. We have all the equipment waiting for you. You will need to sign a short waiver before we hand out the equipment. Our guides will provide a safety brief and explain how the equipment work. Depending on the size of the group, one or two guides will assist. When all guests are geard up and ready to climb, the guide will start the tour. The whole route is build on solid rock. The wall is facing south with a view to the alps of Sunnmøre, the ocean, islands and the city. First half is the steepest, but it never gets vertical. We have placed foot steps and hand holds where you need this. You will never get stuck, although you should not participate if you are scared of hights. The view get really spectacular once you are half way in the wall. We have build a large bench so that all guests can take a break and enjoy the view. The second half of the via ferrata is less steep, but still with a great view to the city, ocean and mountains. It traverse to the right and up to the famous viewpoint resteurant Fjellstua. Once you arrive at the top the guide will take all the equipment. You are now free to visit the restaurant or simply enjoy the stairscase which take you back down to the park.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating we had a small issue with clothing and they allowed us to quickly return to get changed and waited for us ! Jacob the guide was really nice and very patient thank you would definitely recommend

I had a great city tour of Ålesund and ended it with a visit to the Art Nouveau Museum - where the tour ends. There is also a journey back in time to the time of the city fire and reconstruction.

perfect excursion to spend the day. they give you free breakfast, lunch and coffee throughout the journey. geiranger is very beautiful and must be seen. I recommend the experience in Torhom
