Planning Your Visit
Where is it?
Adeje (or Costa Adeje) is a coastal town in southwestern Tenerife – the largest of the Canary Islands.
Though small, Tenerife has two airports to handle its turnover of tourists. Adeje is just 17 km from Tenerife South Airport (formerly known as Sur Reina Sofia Airport). Don't worry if you're flying to Tenerife North Airport instead – the drive south only takes an hour!

What people are saying about Adeje
My experience was excellent. The guide Tony was very friendly and gave detailed explanation about the entire route. I have no word to describe Teide. It is amazing. The Tenerife park is awesome in general. We stopped in a small town, the so-called Masca, for a while. It is located inside a so beautiful valley surrounded by huge mountains. Jorge, the driver, was very kindly and drove very good on dangerous routes. Therefore, I fully recommend this excursion.
Everything was smooth. Transfer was nice. Our guide Salvador and Balen were so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to any questions and we were lucky to see turtles, dolphins and whales which was rare! We also swam in a calm lagoon and had lunch afterwards. Would highly recommend!
Overall it was a very good trip and an amazing experience with a warm welcome. Captain Yuri was amazing, he was relaxed, entertaining and had a lot of knowledge of the ocean, whales and the island. Good food with drinks and very private with good people.
Amazing flight in Tenerife. It was our first time paragliding and we felt no fear at all during the entire process. The instructors were very friendly and kept us entertained before and during the flight, and recorded everything with a GoPro camera.
First time paragliding and it was amazing. The team were super welcoming, they made you feel at ease straight away. Everything has been put in place for a safe and thrilling experience. I would definitely recommend and intend to go back ASAP.
