Alsace : cellar visit and Wine Time (tea time around wine)

Alsace : cellar visit and Wine Time (tea time around wine)

I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children). I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and use now of this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France... It is a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story. We will continue this "Wine time" (tea time around wine) in our tearoom with sweet and salty delicacies : cheese, delicatessen, macaron, gingerbread, fruit, chocolate coulis and fruit coulis. You also cannot register the children, and they can choose a snack directly here. A guide is at your disposal throughout the visit to exchange and answer your questions. Alsace Tourism trophy in 2021 and French Outstanding Trophy of Wine Tourism 2022.

Very good discovery and great time. Between family, friends, couples, the tasting is great and so is the visit. If you don't know anything about the history of Alsace wine, Marthe is an excellent guide. Tea time is plentiful between savory and sweet, whether with meat or vegetarian. We have adored! :) x

The tour is very attentive and interesting. The catq of wines and cremant was very good. I contracted the food service that appears as a picnic basket with savory and sweet food and it is spectacular. They serve it to you in the winery at the end accompanied by wine as well. . highly recommended

It was awesome!! It would be necessary for them to offer it in Spanish, we would have enjoyed it more!!

Really enjoyable! Great host. Interesting tour. Good wines and picnic
