Full description

Depart Zagreb in the morning and head to the capital city of Slovenia to take a guided tour of the old city center of Ljubljana. Our guide was very friendly and informative, giving nice, short explanations at each place we went. The van ride was comfortable and enjoyable. The sites were absolutely stunning. The pletna boat ride was cool and we liked the history behind it. We felt the castle tour was not totally necessary as it was expensive, we could already kind of see the view, and the castle didn't have much to offer. Maybe making buying the castle ticket optional would be nice for visitors who don't deem it necessary. Our cream cake inside the castle was delicious, though!

Good day trip. I recommend. The guide came to pick us up by minibus. He was at the same time our driver & guide. Absolutely great personality. There was a lot of information. Ljubljana had 1.5 hours of its own time to tour. It could have been longer. I recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Patrick ( our driver/guide ) was full of information and really pleasant. He changed the order of the itinerary so that we would be able to do the Lake Bled part before the weather deteriorated. Good call. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great day.
