It was a lovely experience, myself and my husband were on our 1st wedding anniversary and so it was lovely sitting at the front of the boat by ourselves. The crew were helpful and friendly. The only thing that spoilt it was the coffee and prosecco neither tasted very nice. But we had a lovely night time ride.

What a lovely evening! Lots of opportunities to take some good photos or just to take in great views. The staff were really friendly. It was great to sit/stand on the top deck with the breeze gently blowing. It was just the right night. Thanks very much for a memorable evening.

Back in York following the pandemic, we felt that there was a large number of people, each group at their own table, but there was no ventilation and as each of the windows is a fire exit, staff told customers they had to be kept shut. The weather was awful and therefore the upper deck was closed. There was no commentary, you couldn’t hear the music that was being played (not very loud to be honest) and the floodlight didn’t make much difference with the rain and steamed upped windows. For £30( for two people) you get a complimentary glass of Prosecco but as we don’t drink, the look on the staff members face looked like we were odd. We have done these cruises before and really enjoyed it so thought we’d really enjoy it but it was a real disappointment and an extremely expensive way to spend an evening.
