Wineglass Bay: Tours & Tickets
What people are saying about Wineglass Bay
Fabulous staff- great sense of humour and they were all very comforting to those young people who felt a little queasy with the swell. Have been to Bruny Island with the Pennicott company- sane amazing experience. Fabulous cruise- we spotted dolphins, eagles, an albatross and plenty of seals. Perfect lunch with a great bubble or two. Loved this experience- many thanks to Matt, Ewin, Erin & Noah- awesome crew. This was a birthday gift to my husband, he loved every minute of the cruise.
Our day trip with Alex and a few others was one of the highlights of our trip to Tassie! We were picked up on time and given a detailed, fun and memorable trip with a lot of spots on the way and local information which only someone as experienced, caring and understanding as Alex would provide. Weather wasn't the best but Alex moved a few pieces here and there to ensure we made best use of our time and overall made it a memorable and well spent day!
Great tour. Guides were lovely and knowledgeable, views were beautiful and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend. Only small negative was the booking time said 12:00am on the website, on the confirmation email and in the ticket so was a little confusing as we assumed this meant 12:00pm.. we were then shocked when the start time was actually 8:00am and we had a 2 hour + drive ahead of us so was a very early start when we werent expecting it.
Beth, our informative and very personable guide, chauffered us to some stunning pieces of coastline along the east coast. Her detailed knowledge of the history, geology, flora and fauna of the area and her willingness to answer any questions was 10/10. All this soul food from nature combined with such delectable treats from an oyster farm and handmade icecreamery, made this tour a delight.
Amazing tour with the best highlights of Tassie. A definite must-do! Great stops and good add on options offered. Fair price and we did/saw a lot! My tour guide Gareth was wonderful and since he is from Tasmania he was also very knowledgeable about the culture, landscape, animals etc of Tasmania. He was patient and kind hearted and made individuals feel cared about.
