This is an excellent winter/cold weather activity! The activity is well-organized: timely pick-up and easy communication with the driver (he called the day before to confirm pick-up location and texted on the morning when he arrived), tasty hot breakfast buffet (included with ticket), clear communication throughout the process, and they provide all the gear you need (we wore a layer of thermals under regular clothes). You spend most of your time on the snowmobiles, with a few stops to take in the quiet and beauty of the park, and of course, Old Faithful. It's all truly amazing. Our guide, Chris, was awesome! He was sincere in his excitement for the park and wildlife, and shared many interesting facts and stories. He took advantage of how efficient we moved as a group and guided us out to a few extra geyser basins that we could explore. It was an amazing day for our family!

Only way to tour Yellowstone in the winter; our tour guide Joe was outstanding! Love how they matched our group with other seniors to make it an enjoyable outing with people of similar interest. Joe really seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Park, geology, without it seeming like a script he had memorized but something he loved. We saw bison, elk and eagles in the Park with 3' of snow and more snow falling that day. Old Faithful was late in coming but that only made it higher and longer and a little louder. One suggestion a rancher made, wipe the windows with Dawn to keep the condensation down so we could see out since the bus did not have defrosters on side windows. Also, no computer ports on bus so if you are with a spouse or friend, keep one phone off so when the first phone dies, you have another phone charged for a camera.

We had an AMAZING experience! Our guide was Fitz and he was knowledgeable, fun and very, very attentive! The tour itself is a must. We were picked up at our location at a timely manner. A decent breakfast and lunch was included and the gear provided was a life saver. The temperatures were very cold but the suits made a whole difference (so did the hand and feet warmers - don’t forget those)! Everywhere you looked seemed like a movie set! Our group had so much fun and the experience was worth the money! I highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I had a great time riding through Yellowstone on snowmobiles. It snowed most of the day which added to the enjoyment. Justin, our guide, did a terrific job showing us around and making several stops both to and from our trip to visit of Old Faithful. If you don’t like crowds then you want be disappointed.

Excellent! Justin was our guide, and we had a group of ten people. I was worried about the cold, but between the layers I wore and the suits they provided, I stayed nice and toasty. We had a wonderful experience. Don't forget to wear a balaclava!
