Top activity by a cheerful and respectful female instructor. But I would like to report two serious things 1. Poor organization and an hour's delay in the incredible heat after having equipped was painful 2. During an hour's wait an instructor (I don't know his name, not very thin) did not speak English started giving rescue directions in his language by taking my son and another boy. Already he does not check if everyone speaks his language, moreover he spoke very badly to my poor son who could not react as he wanted because he did not understand anything. My 22-year-old son felt humiliated. I reported this person later but the damage was already done.

Great experience for beginners! Our guide Gobi was great. We had so much fun! We definitely want to do it again! The organization is top notch from start to finish and very well organized. You get a suit, jacket, shoes, helmet... I would leave glasses and sunglasses in the tour bus if you can manage without them. It's easy to get back on the boat with help, there's a trick here too, easy.

What a great experience! Luciano was super knowledgeable and showed us all the locations while giving us facts and behind the scenes stories. This was our highlight of our trip to Salzburg. Thanks for the magical day!

I really enjoyed the experience and would do it again anytime, but I had to pay an additional 30 euros for the tour for 5 people. That is not worth the price of your tickets.

Cosy atmosphere, nice guide. Enjoyed it very much, also the beautiful surroundings. Nice activities.
