Mount Wellington is the best and a must place to visit in Hobart. I suggest to go up to the lookout by bus and walk down on the zig zag track to Fern Tree park where you can either to catch the next Mount Wellington Explorer bus or just a local public transport (in case you might have to wait too much). Up on the top it's very windy and cold, so you need to wear more layers. As you walk down on the track, the temperature rises and the view is breath-taking. The Explorer Bus that takes you up to the top is very clean and punctual, and its driver is very friendly and gives you a lot of information and interesting facts about the mountain and it's history.

This was a neat little day trip and it was exactly what I was after given my short stay in Hobart. Jarrod was super friendly and informative and was always happy to have a chat and answer questions. The small group made the experience personalised and tailored to each person, which was a nice touch. There was plenty of time at each location, so I didn't feel rushed and got to really kick back and really explore Richmond, which was perfect. Would definitely recommend this trip if you aren't in Hobart for long and/or if it's your first time to Hobart.

Our guide was fantastic, really enjoyed the day and our guide was fantastic (forgotten her name but highly engaging, very relaxed and able to provide a lot of interesting information as the tour went on).

Jarrod was an excellent guide. The trip allowed enough time at each location to experience that site properly before moving on. The commentary provided along the journey was educational and interesting.

It was very exciting trip. We learned a lot of history about hobart and on the way to hobart. Our driver was nice and cheerful. It was a very good experience.
