We had a lovely day with Nong who was an excellent guide to a great variety of sights. The White Temple was stunning and modern/different; the ancient temple was an interesting counterpoint, and it was unique to see the golden triangle (even if it is a bit underwhelming in reality). Lovely lunch as well. It is a lot of driving and time in a van, but that’s necessary for a day from Chiang Mai and the van was very spacious and comfortable, so it was okay. It also would have been nice to have more time at the White Temple (easily another hour) but to do that probably would mean sacrificing another sight. So on balance, it all worked.

A very nice experience with pure local guide. I had very interesting conversations with guide, not just about the trip, but also overall life in Thailand, lots of stories and knowledge shared with me to keep every minute of the trip engaging. Although it was a long trip of 12 hours, it didnt feel like it. All the places visited were worth the time spent. The lunch was super delicious. There isn't a single small thing which needs improvement on this trip, simply book it for 100% experience and learning about this part of Thailand.

The best day of my life, that's how I can describe it, Steve was not just a guide, he was much more than that, a friend and a colleague, excellent treatment from start to finish, we were never in trouble and that is greatly appreciated when you They take these types of tours, 10/10, I definitely hope to see him again when I return to Thailand next year.

Excellent. Great English speaking guide with good knowledge of the areas we went. Slightly expensive but everything I expected.

The guide was a charming young girl, the experience was a 10, very attentive at all times
