Alex was a great guide with a captivating guidance throughout the whole palace. He was full of enthusiasm and energy until the very end of the 3 hours tour.
The tour guide Alex was amazing.We went to Sissi's Museum and he explained everything with details.His English were very understandable.Definitly worth its money!Also the tour guide although the time ended he continued showing us around for about an hour.I really recommend it!

- It’s best to arrive 10 minutes early, as latecomers won't be able to join the group or receive a refund.
- Tours are conducted only in 1 language, as selected when making a booking.
- Maximum of 25 participants.
- This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.
- There is no luggage storage for bags etc. Pets are not allowed.
- Skip-the-line tickets to Hofburg include timed entry so you don't have to wait in line for your tickets. Admission is for the Sisi Museum and the Imperial Apartments.
- Be aware that the corridors in the Sisi Museum are narrow, so you will need to stay close to the guide.
- Free entry to the palace courtyards, Heldenplatz and Burggarten. The gardens are not green or lit in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer & autumn. For guest safety, in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as snow), we will offer an alternative route to the gardens. From 08.11 to 31.12, you will have a chance to visit a local Christmas Market instead.
