We really enjoyed the tour of the main palace and gardens very much.just wish there wasn't the crowds .but far to many people were aloud in at the same time.the guide was very experienced and knowledgeable and on time.we went a few days after Christmas. Thinking the palace would be less busy but we were so wrong. But glad we went..

Ingrid was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable! You can tell she really knows her history on the Habsburg’s and the Palace so well and has a great interest in it. And she’ll make you more interested in it too! She even throws in jokes here and there about the times back then that made learning more fun and engaging.

The tour was perfectly timed, well guided. The guide was very knowledgeable and introdnuced us to Viemnna's history well ,the Hapsburgs, Sisi and other events and just sufficiently some interesting and juicy stories to etch into our memories the real history The journey through the fine palace was enjoyable,I'd have preferred less crowds, perhaps the groups could be more spread out as at times there were more than 70 persons at any given time into any given room
