We enjoyed our Big Bus experience overall, but primarily due to the guided walking tour we added. Our guide Charles was absolutely amazing. His tour was so informative and fun and one of the highlights of our stay. The buses overall were not as helpful, as the routes covered a relatively small space, ran infrequently and at unpredictable times, meaning we missed several scheduled buses and had to walk to our destinations, and because the portion of the day they ran was fairly limited (arrived at the stop near our hotel at 11, stopped running by 17) it wasn’t as useful as we had hoped. Commentary was interesting when we were able to ride.

Very nice. I strongly recommend the tour for groups of elderly people, smaller children, disabled (you cannot bring wheelchair) since the park area is enormous. The horses are well taken care of, the police close down if the weather is to hot them and the drivers nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience in a Wonderful place, really well prepared and nice guide. My young boy met a friend and lives an experience with people coming from many countries. Really fantastic

Very enjoyable, a taste of what the show will offer and the work involved in getting the beautiful horses to show.

This was my father-in-law’s bucket list thing to do in Vienna and was not disappointed! We all had a great time!

Very nice trip, with a motivated tour guide. Enthusiasm for all participants'
