It was incredibly disappointing. The tour guide clearly needed more training. There was little to no information presented on the items highlighted min the promotional materials. We were expecting highlights of the city with some historical information, facts about the city, the people, government system, etc. Basically a lot of rambling that was not appropriate, and likely not close to what the company nor. Victoria would want tourists to learn about.

My girlfriend and I booked this tour for an August afternoon and were lucky enough to be the only passengers. Pickup was straightforward and on time, and the ride accommodations are very comfortable. Our guide, Michael was very friendly and personable, and had extensive knowledge of the city. From the history of individual buildings, to local events, and restaurant recommendations, and even weather patterns, there was never a dry minute. The 4 hour length was perfect for getting to drive through and around some of the cities most notable attractions, while still being able to spend enough time walking through Butchart gardens. Especially as someone who had never been to Victoria, the tour was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it. If you can, ask for Michael!
