Take in the beauty of the Canadian west coast and view whales, sea lions and seals in their natural habitat on this 3-hour whale watching tour. Just before boarding your Zodiac vessel, you will suit-up in our complimentary flotation suits for your comfort. This tour is not just exciting, it is also educational. Your skipper will be all too happy to tell you all about the environment and natural history of the west coast. Throughout the tour you will also learn about the behaviour and ecology of whales, other marine mammals and marine birds. On this tour you will have the chance to see Killer Whales, Humpback Whales and you may also view seals, porpoises, sea lions and other marine wildlife. The Zodiac will make frequent stops so that you can take photos or simply marvel at the beauty of the Salish Sea! A visit to Vancouver Island just is not complete without taking part in this extraordinary whale-watching tour.

Know before you go

  • Please note that the open Zodiac vessels are not recommended for those who have neck, knee, hip or back problems, are pregnant, or for children under 7 years old.
  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver. Persons under 19 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver. Must meet minimum passenger requirements to confirm.
  • It is highly recommended that participants wear warm layers

Es war sehr sehr gut, nach einer sehr windigen aber lustigen Fahrt von etwa 1er Stunde im Zodiac Boot kamen wir zu den Walen und direkt waren in alle Richtungen etwa 50 Buckelwale zu sehen. Das War unglaublich!!! Wir kamen leider nie so extrem nah an die Wale heran, dennoch haben wir alle gut gesehen und zum ende haben wir sogar noch 2 verschiedene Arten von Orcas (Killer-Wale) entdeckt das war einfach der Hammer!! Wenn man auf Vancouver Island ist muss man eine dieser Touren gemacht haben! Unser Guide war super freundlich und die restliche Besatzung war ein bunt gemischter Haufen aus Europa (Niederlande, Frankreich und uns) und aus Australien und Mexico. Es war ne sau coole Tour!!!

Zelf zonder walvissen te zien (wij hebben ze wel gespot )zou het zeer de moeite waard zijn. Spectaculaire ride over de golven. Vriendelijke ontvangst en een goede schipper die ook leuke wetenswaardigheden wist te vertellen over wildlife on sea. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
