What people are saying about Verona

Verona Card is really worth it! I only had to spend €25 for my 48H tour around it but I have been to most of the important places to go to. Have been to Arena di Verona, Casa di Giulleta, Torre di Lamberti and the Palazzo near it, Duomo Cathedral in Verona, Basilica di Santa Anastacia, Museo di Castelvecchio, Basilica di San Zeno, Tombi di Guilleta, and Teatro Romano. All very good places for art, history and culture. Plus the one in the tourist information where i got my card have been really good giving me loads of information booklets/leaflets about Verona. I would really recommend getting Verona card for tourist.

We choose the 24 hour card as we only arrived during Saturday morning. The card is activated as soon as you log your first activity. The map given with the card is good and show where everything is. The places are close enough so you don't waste time walking from one place to the other. You can also use the local bus service which saves time if you want to travel from one end to the opposite end of town.

The tour starts with the tower, (entrance is downstairs right outside the ticket door) then the gallery up the stairs in the square. There are lockers to keep your items in while you walk around the gallery and tower as well! There are both stairs and an elevator to get to the top

I loved how easy it was to book the voucher and then get the VeronaCard. I was pleasantly surprised how really useful the Card was. Thanks to this servis I and my spouse enjoyed the city of Verona to the most perfect details.

It was great skipping the lines not only at the arena but at the other sights too.
