What to Expect
Verona is an important tourist destination that has recently been proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its urban structure and architecture. It is an admirable example of a city that has expanded gradually and constantly over a period of 2,000 years.
On this 3-hour cycling tour you’ll meet your guide in front of Castelvecchio (the Old Castle), and head off, meandering through the streets of the Old Town. You’ll eventually turn out of the ancient city walls and travel to some of the most curious and unknown places in Verona.
There are however, traditional stops that you’ll make. These include the Arena di Verona, Castelvecchio, Arsenale, Ponte Pietra, Castel San Pietro, and Casa di Giulietta.
The tour starts out from Castelvecchio at 09:00 and finishes at about 12:00.
