Skip-the-Line Vatican Museum Tour with Phd Guide
From £80 Per group up to 2Book now
- Skip the lines outside the Vatican and experience a tour at your own pace
- Discover Michelangelo, Raphael, and Bernini's lives with a true Art Historian
- Discover the history of the Catholic Church, the Papal State, and the international politics of the Renaissance
From the Sistine Chapel, skip the line to get into St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church of the world, where you will see the Baroque canopy by Bernini and the Michelangelo's Pieta, the highest dome in Rome, and some of the most important popes tombs including John Paul II's.
Your visit will end in the gigantic St. Peter's square, where thousands of pilgrims meet together every week to be blessed by the Pope. Due to afternoon sevices, the tour inside the Church cannot be conducted, but at the end of the tour you can enter alone, exploring it for as long as you like up to the closure. Please, consider that St. Peter's is a Church and there could be changes in the opening and closing time according to last minute celebrations.
You will enjoy an unforgettable experience across centuries of history, having a friendly, enthusiastic guide who will answer any question with passion and a great knowledge of Italian Art History.
