What People Are Saying About Vatican City
This tour was amazing. The amount of information on hand and the fact that all the different war machines and flying machines have been made and can be used (to an extent).
This is a clever package to visit the Dome and the Cathedral. We did only 10min of line instead probably 3h (or more) with the regular one. The audio-guide (only for the Dome) is simple and a good choice in order to have a fast overview instead longer explanations of the guide. The view from the Dome is amazing!
Even though visited St Peters Top of the Dome in December the queue for entry was still huge, so skip the line was such a good idea and saved so much time whilst in Rome for a brief visit
The guide was friendly and gave a good intro to the Sistine chapel. The main reason to do this tour is to be inside the chapel before official opening so there are very few people there. And that is amazing, there were even seats available to sit in while you looked up in wonder. Incredible, astonishing work! The rest of the Vatican museums were so crowded it was hard to enjoy! Some other great work, if you can see it behind the mosh-pit sized crowds.
Our tour guide was warm and welcoming. He obviously loves his job and is a real gentleman. We learnt a lot about the history of Castel Sant' Angelo from our guide and would not hesitate to recommend him again :).
