What a wonderful tour, I highly recommend it. Tips: arrive early to sit on the right side of the bus (the view from the top of the lake is beautiful); there are several buses at the meeting point (ours was at the bright “Lake Como/Benina Express”); the boat ride is beautiful (leave the best photos after 5 minutes to avoid getting wet); the stops are quick (research where to go to the bathroom and get water beforehand, if you buy something there is no charge for the toilet); never be late at the station (the train doesn’t wait and you will travel the route by bus); sit on the left side if Tirano/Moritz and on the right if Moritz/Tirano (in any case, everyone can stand up, open the windows and both sides are beautiful). The drivers are very professional and the guide is great. Enjoy your trip everyone and God bless you.
Our boat tour was wonderful. The weather was amazing and our captain was friendly, knowledgeable and adjusted our tour to go somewhere we hadn't been. Due to all the information about the area he provided, we ended up staying in Como for the rest of the afternoon and rode the funicular to the path to the lighthouse, then walked to the lighthouse. It was an amazing afternoon. Unfortunately, waiting so long to write the review, I don't remember his name, but I do have a picture of him!
It was such a nice day-trip! It sounds quite tight to visit 3 towns in a day but actually it’s not that tiring. All the 3 towns are small and walkable. Our guide Anna is such a sweetheart, she explained everything in every detail!! Highly recommended!
The guide was wonderful, told interesting stories, lots of information about the history of Italy, etc. It's worth going and seeing.
A very good overall experience with a very competent guide.
