The first day our driver named Meenu was exceptional because she clearly spoke about all the relevant sights as well as public art. She was very informative. On our second day the driver did not talk much, preferring to run a recorded version of sightseeing highlights. The bus was running behind schedule on this day. When he dropped us off at Stanley Park he said the next bus would pick up in one hour. Unfortunately, the next bus was on schedule and came by 40 minutes later, which caused us to miss it. We had to wait an hour for the next pickup. It’s unfortunate that they did not communicate this to us.

Being a relatively small town, it is big enough to be uncomfortable walking around. With strategic stopping points, this bus is an asset to visit Stanley Park or the historic city center. Practical and comfortable, the 48h option also offers an excellent boat trip (E-coal harbour) with beautiful views of the city and a night tour to see the very special light that the city has at night. Fully worth the price.
We were lucky that this was upgraded from a 1 day to 2 day pass. We always use these buses when visiting a new city. Drivers were very informative. It gives you a chance to see the important sights & then use the bus to revisit the places you like on the 2nd day. There was also a discount on the electric boat harbour tour which was very pleasant.
Lots of buses, actually no waiting times, lots of information (only in English), nice routes. The evening tour is highly recommended and so is the electric boat tour.
Driver/guides were variable. One or two were great. They had good knowledge, a little humour and were easy to understand. Others were both silent and miserable.
Great value and perfect when wet. Used continuously throughout the 48 hour period. Great way to see Vancouver.
