Day 1 Go to the Bus Office at 8:30 p.m. for the check-in, then bus from La Paz to Uyuni departures at 9:00 p.m. Inside the bus, enjoy the service of Dinner (Meat and Vegetarian Option), Breakfast, a Bottle of Water, a Hot Drink, Heating, Toilets, a Polar Blanket, Wi-Fi, and a First Aid Kit. Day 2 Arrive in Uyuni City at 7:30 a.m. Free time to buy snacks, water, and more for your trip. (we have a free time, because all companies and tourist points are available from 10:30 a.m.) Then go to our office 1 block away from bus station. Start your tour off at 10:30 a.m. with a drive out to the Uyuni Salt Flats. The first stop is the haunting “Train Graveyard’, which is found on the outskirts of Uyuni. Then visit the small settlement of Colchani (salt miners’ workshops next to the salt flats), there, also find handicrafts made of salt, and textile art manufactured of llama and alpaca wool. These make excellent souvenirs to bring back home. Take photos as you cruise along the vast white expanse of salt, wade through “Ojos de Agua Salada”, also visit: a hotel made completely out of salt which is currently used as a museum – restaurant, Flags of the world (Where you can bring yours and put there for free) and a Monument of Dakar racing. After a morning of exploration, Lunch will be served on the way, following that, have time to take a hike to the top of the Incahuasi island to see giant cacti and rock formations made of petrified coral. Important: Due to the rainy season (from January to March), it is not possible to access Incahuasi Island. Next, take time to organize your group for fun perspective- and proportion-distorted photos, set on the blinding white surface of the salt flats, playing around with the scene, you can be sure to take some funny, and memorable shots! Finally, head to a spacious area for the unique experience of seeing a beautiful sunset over the salt flats, spreading its dazzling colors all over the Uyuni Salt Flats, and enjoying it with a glass of wine. Return from your tour to our office in Uyuni between 7:15 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. Then, head to the Bus Office on your own by 8:30 p.m. Departure Bus from Uyuni to La Paz 9:00 p.m. Day 3 Arrive at La Paz City between 6:15 a.m. to 6:35 a.m. The finish point of the tour: Main Bus Station in La Paz City. Uyuni Salt Flats Tour 1 day, first we start with the pick up from the hotel in Uyuni, then we will go to the train cemetery to see the old locomotives. Then we head to the community of Colchani (the gateway to the Salar) where we will find rustic handicraft workshops and the rustic micro-processor of table salt. Continuing with the expedition to the majestic Salar de Uyuni we will make stops to see salt extractions, salt eyes and the salt hotel Playa Blanca which currently only functions as a museum. Later we will visit the most popular island of the Salar located in the middle of the Salar, the Incahuasi Island where we will hike and we will be able to appreciate large extensions of cactus, sea rock fossils and spectacular 360° views from the viewpoint. Finishing our tour, we head to the town of Uyuni.

First stop, the Chiguana Desert on Uyuni salt flats Southside, surrounded by volcanoes such as Ollagüe, which is still active and can be seen from the lookout point. Then, continue along the rocky road to visit: Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons in which flamingoes can be seen. After Lunch, enter to “Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve”, visit the Desert of Siloli (the highest and driest in the world), and take a picture next to the ‘Rock tree’ (a lava rock formation). Before arriving at the final destination, stop at the overlook point by the Red Lagoon to see more pink flamingos in their natural habitat and admire this intense red-colored lake. Accommodation: Huayllajara Hostel, shared 6-bed rooms + shared baths, no hot water (to protect the national park) / no Wi-Fi Day 3: Get off to an early start around 5:00 a.m. to visit the Sol de Mañana Geyser and walk next to fumaroles and steaming craters filled with boiling mud pots. then, have the opportunity to take a bath in an open air Hot Springs at a 35 Cº water. The next places to appreciate are the Dali Desert, Green and white Lagoon. Then head back to Uyuni passing by beautiful scenery along the way and eating a PICNIC lunch along the roadside. On the way, pass by Rock Valley and a small stop at San Cristobal Village just to use toilets. Arrive in Uyuni town from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. OPTIONAL: Upgrade the 2 Nights Hostel by adding an extra Price to the Final Payment Panel.

(we have a free time, because all companies and tourist points are available from 10:30 a.m.) Start your tour leaving Uyuni town at 10:30 a.m. from Perla de Bolivia's office. Visit: Train Graveyard, the small settlement of Colchani (salt miners´ workshops next to the salt flats), handicrafts made of salt, and textile art made of llama and alpaca fiber. Next, “Ojos de Agua Salada” (‘saltwater eyes’), a hotel-museum made completely of salt, Isla Incahuasi. Then, make sure you and your group pose for some fun perspective- and proportion-distorted photos, taken against the backdrop of the striking white surface of the salt flats. To end of the day, head to an open, spacious area for the unique experience of seeing a beautiful sunset, spreading its dazzling colors all over the salt flats, and finally arrive at Ajencha town to have dinner and night stay in the hostel. DAY 3 Start off at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast. Visit: Ollagüe Volcano lookout point, the rocky road “El Pasito Tuntun”, the famous: Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons in which flamingoes can be seen. Finally in the day, enter “Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve”, Desert of Siloli, Rock tree, and the immense Red Lagoon to see more pink flamingos in their natural habitat. Stay the night at a hostel in Huayllajara. DAY 4 Get off to an early start around 5:00 a.m. to visit: Sol de Mañana Geyser, Hot Springs, Dali Desert, Green Lagoon, White Lagoon on the foot of Licancabur volcano. Then head back to the Bolivia-Chile border (Hito Cajon), A Guide will assist with your border crossing at 10:30 am, finally arrive at San Pedro de Atacama at 2:00 p.m. The drop-off point is at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square.

Explore the area around Uyuni on a 3-day tour. See handicrafts made of salt, stop at the Flags of the World, and visit the Chiguana Desert. Day 1 Meet your guide in Uyuni and begin your 3-day adventure. Head to the Train Graveyard, a cemetery full of abandoned trains. Stop at the small settlement of Colchani, which housed salt miners, and shop for handicrafts made of salt and textile art made of llama and alpaca fiber. Next, visit a hotel and museum made entirely out of salt. Bring your country's flag and place it at the Flags of the World, and stop at the Monument to Dakar racing. For an added fee, visit Incahuasi Island, a former island in the middle of the salt flats. Then, pose for some fun perspective- and proportion-distorted photos taken against the backdrop of the striking white surface of the salt flats. Finally, head to a spacious area for the unique experience of seeing a beautiful sunset over the salt flats, spreading its dazzling colors all over the Uyuni Salt Flats, and enjoying it with a glass of wine. First Night: Agencha Hostel – 2-beds, 3-beds, 4-beds room + Private toilets. Day 2 Begin with an early breakfast before heading to Chiguana Desert. Stand surrounded by volcanoes and marvel at the still-active Ollagüe Volcano. Then, continue along the rocky road El Pasito Tuntun to reach the beautiful lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota. Keep an eye out for the brilliantly colored flamingoes standing in the lagoons. Stop to enjoy lunch before heading to Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve (entry not included). Visit Siloli Desert and see the Rock Tree lava rock formation. Continue to Huayllajara, stopping at the Red Lagoon overlook point to see flamingos relaxing in the intense red colors of the lake. Second Night: Huayllajara Hostel shared 6-beds rooms + shared toilets. Day 3 Get off to an early start around 5:00 a.m. to visit the Sol de Mañana Geyser (5,000m) and walk next to fumaroles and steaming craters filled with boiling pots of mud at 150-200 Cº. then, have the opportunity to take a bath in an open air Hot Springs at a 35 Cº water. The next places to appreciate are the Dali Desert Marvel at the vivid colors of the Green and White Lagoons, created from the toxic copper water at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano. Then, head back to San Pedro de Atacama in Chile. Cross the Bolivian border with the help of your tour guide and finish your adventure at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square.

Explore the famous Uyuni Salt Flats on a Jeep tour from Uyuni. Ride along the expansive salt flats, visit the abandoned trains at the train cemetery, and see a hotel made entirely of salt, and more en route. Enjoy a local lunch, too. After your hotel pickup, head out to the iconic train cemetery, where all trains ended up once the local railroad company went out of business. Walk in and out of abandoned carriages, see leftover railroads, and more. Then, go to the town of Colchani on the outskirts of the salt flats. This small town survives from the sale of salt souvenirs and hand woven textiles. Locals also extract salt and process it for consumption - a process you can observe. Afterwards, enter the salt flats and drive towards the first salt hotel ever built. It no longer serves as a hotel but you can still see it standing proud, with its crystalline white walls, tables, and chairs - all made out of salt. Then, head to the Incahuasi, or Fish Island, where giant cacti grow up to 12 meters tall. Enjoy lunch here before trying your hand at snapping those iconic distance and size perception pictures on the salt flats. Finally, head back to Uyuni.

Day Two / Train Cemetery + Uyuni Salt Flats + Incahuasi island + Hotel in Ajencha. Arrive to Uyuni at 7:30 a.m. - Free time for you - you can walk around. Then meeting time in our office at 10:00 a.m. Departure from Uyuni City at 10:30 a.m. towards the salt flats in 4x4 WD cars. First, go around the Train Cemetery to observe the remnants of the eighteenth and early twentieth-century locomotives (The perfect spot to take artistic pictures). Then, arrive at Colchani village to appreciate the salt production and take a short walk through the artisanal market and the museum. Later, the immense Uyuni Salt Flats. Along the trip, visit: Salt eyes, Salt Hotel-Museum (Built entirely of salt blocks), Dakar Monument, Flags of the world, and finally, arrive at Incahuasi Island to appreciate the beautiful view and the giant cactus. At the end of the day, take your time in the sunset with a glass of wine, and get to the hostel for dinner time. Day Three / Chiguana + Ollague lookout point + Andean lagoons with flamingoes + Red lagoon After breakfast, go to visit the famous lagoons: Cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota, with a lot of flamingoes. Later, an exquisite lunch, Siloli desert, Stone Tree. At the final of the day, arrive at Red Lagoon which is inhabited by numerous flamingos. Finally, head to the hostel in the community of “Huayllajara” to have dinner, and night rest. Day Four / Geysers Sol de Mañana + Hot Springs Pool + Lookout point Green lagoon - White lagoon - Lincancabur Volcano + Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama Early morning, after breakfast, go to "Sol de Mañana" geysers and enjoy a fantastic view along the way; this place has volcanic activity such as fumaroles and geysers (holes of bubbling mud, smoking, and a smell of sulfur). Also, visit the hot springs of Polques to take a bath and relax enjoying the most beautiful landscape. Then, the Salvador Dali Desert which offers spectacular views and multicolored rock formations of the volcanoes. Later, go up to the viewpoint of the Green Lagoon, White Lagoon, and Lincancabur Volcano. Finally, tour Guides will assist customers with their border crossing at 10:00 a.m. and people will arrive in San Pedro at 1:30 p.m. The drop-off is at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square. IMPORTANT INFO *During the rainy season (from January to April), it is not possible to access Incahuasi Island. We also may sleep in a different location due to road access. *The itineraries provided above work only as guidelines so you may know what to expect, however, these are subject to change with little or no notice since they may change according to weather conditions; force majeure events such as roadblocks, strikes; acts of God and things beyond our control.

Day 1: La Paz to Uyuni Your service begins with pickup from your hotel in La Paz (1 hour before the bus departure time), at which point you will take a night bus to Uyuni. The selected bus comes with reclining seats, a bathroom on board. Day 2: Uyuni to San Juan Following a 9-hour bus ride, you will be transferred to the offices where you will enjoy a delicious breakfast before beginning your tour of the Uyuni Salt Flats and the colorful lagoons. The first stopping point is the "train cemetery", where you will be able to see old and time-worn trains. You will then continue your tour to the "Salar de Uyuni" by Colchani, where you can observe the manual processing of edible salt. Following this, your tour continues to visit the salt mounds and the center of the Salar, where you will visit the Isla Incahuasi, a natural formation of volcanic rock and giant cacti. Your trip then continues to the opposite side of the Salar to go to San Juan, a town located on the banks of the Salar where you will spend the night in a comfortable shared room and enjoy a delicious local dinner. Day 3: San Juan to Laguna Colorada After enjoying a delicious breakfast, your guide will direct you to the south west where you will discover the Cañapa, Stink, Chiarkota, Honda, and Ramadita lagoons. At these locations you can observe large amounts of flamingos and other birds, such as Andean Geese and seagulls that accompany the flamingos in these lagoons which are flanked by picturesque snowy volcanoes. Your tour then continues to the "Laguna Colorada" where you will spend the night in a basic room with warm blankets. Following an exquisite local dinner, you can observe the stars and the milky way which are clearly visible due to this place being considered one of the cleanest places on the planet. Day 4: Lagoons, Uyuni, La Paz On your fourth day you can get up early to go in search of the geysers known as "Morning Sun". This will allow you to get to see the first rays of sunlight in this picturesque area where volcanoes seem active and emit fumaroles and volcanic activity in small quantities. Continuing with your trip, you will travel over the highest point of the road at approximately 5,000 meters above sea level. Your trip then continues with a visit to Laguna Colorada before continuing to the "stone tree" and along the high plateau road to reach the hot springs of Polques. There you can take a hot bath and then cross the desert of Dali to reach the green lagoon located at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano. Your tour then returns to Uyuni, where on the way you can observe Andean plants and animals of the area before you arrive to Uyuni at 5:00PM. Following a short break, you will be transferred to your bus for your return to La Paz. Day 5: La Paz You will arrive in La Paz at approximately 6:00 AM, the driver will be waiting for you to pick you up and take you to the Hotel.

The next places: Dali Desert, Green and White Lagoon Then return to Uyuni, enjoying picturesque scenery along the way and having a picnic lunch by the roadside. Arrive in Uyuni town from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Then, head to the Bus Office on your own by 8:30 p.m. Departure Bus from Uyuni to La Paz 9:00 p.m. DAY 5 Arrive at La Paz City between 6:15 a.m. to 6:35 a.m. The finish point of the tour: Main Bus Station in La Paz City. Day 1. 8:00 pm show up at the bus office to travel to Uyuni in a premium bus with a bed, with heating, blankets and a bathroom on board. Day 2. (Breakfast, lunch) Upon arrival in Uyuni, be picked up from the bus terminal and enjoy a delicious local breakfast. 10:30 am, the tour begins with a visit to the old train cemetery, visit the town of Colchani, the artisanal teindas, the salt processors, visit the Plaza de las Banderas, construction of monuments with blocks of salt, visit the Incahausi island , enjoy a local lunch at the Uyuni salt flat. Enjoy the sunset in the largest salt desert in the world. Transfer to Uyuni, rest in our environments before boarding the bus. Travel by premium sleeper bus back to La Paz. Day 3. Arrive in La Paz at 6:30 am, we suggest taking a taxi to your hotel.
