The Aurora Dinner Cruise allows you to dine while we cruise through the waters around Tromsø. The tour allows you to take in the atmosphere and all its beauty. This tour welcomes you onboard a silent hybrid-electric catamaran with 360-degree panoramic views. The saloons are in heated and have a great level of comfort. The cruise around Tromsø island takes you past snow-covered mountains, landmarks like the Arctic cathedral, and through icy waters after the sun has set. The dinner that is served is a arctic special, comprising of a 3 course tapas meal. The meal can be offered as vegetarian. The food was really good and took us a bit by surprise as this wasn’t really sold as a feature. The boat itself is very nice and quite romantic with the lighting. The silent sail along the fjords with the amazing scenery would be good enough but we also saw quite a lot of aurora. The boat sailed a little further past our drop off point so that we could see the lights above the cathedral which was great. The guides are all friendly and very knowledgable about tromsø and the northern lights. Would definitely recommend.

It was a nice evening out, I don't think you should join this tour to try and see the lights, go on a different tour for that. We had already seen the lights so we were not fussed. The host was really kind and entertaining, I have only rated lower as I think it is very expensive for what it is and the meal you get.

The guide was very friendly and we learned a lot on board. Dinner was delicious and we were welcomed with a glass of champagne on board. The sky was cloudy that evening but we observed a mini aurora borealis. The guide kindly took our photos.
