Tromsø: Lyngen Alps Snowmobile Safari

The whole trip was well worth it, amazing experience first time snowmobiling, guides were amazing and very friendly. Having suitable clothing including snow boots and gloves available was great! The lunch options were great and very tasty! Thank you to everyone from coach drivers, Guides and restaurant staff for an amazing day!

Transport was relatively easy with a coach from the bus station in Tromso to a ferry port. We then took a ferry across a fjord where there were guides waiting for us. A short minibus ride later and we were at our destination. We were kitted out with thermal suits and boots and headed back on the minibus to the snowmobiles where the guides gave us a demonstration. We set out on the track which included a few scenic stops and the opportunity to switch driver half way through. After the snowmobiling, we promptly got changed and headed to a welcoming restaurant for some lunch. We had fish soup and fresh bread. There were hot drinks available with waffles for dessert. Overall it was a great experience.
