What People Are Saying About Trinity College Dublin
Found out about the trip at 10 am. Booked a free guided tour at 11 am. Aworked perfectly. top-notch guidance tour with a real story teller. We enjoyed every minute! To be recommended!
This was a great tour, not because it was free. In fact, you might be surprised you'll get more out of it than paid tours. The fact that it is based on gratuity, I think, gives more enthusiasm to the guides to do the best they can. At the end some people ended up paying more than what they would pay for a paid tour. Our tour guide was Carl, a fun, and knowledgeable guide. I liked the tour so much that I ended up walking for 6 hours since I went to the tour in the afternoon on the North side of Liffey, for only 12 euros. If you are into culture and history and not just the touristy stuff, I'd highly recommend this tour.
went on my tour straight from airport and it was a great introduction to Dublin. Jack our guide was really friendly and extremely enthusiastic. He was very informative about the city and it's history, and passionate about political side of things. Brilliant. Well done and thank you
The story was told with much passion, you could picture what was happening, as if you were there. We would highly recommend it.
We loved our trip around the key places for Dubli 1916. Being Irish, we knew the history, the characters and the places but had not seen them up close nor had heard the testimonials in such depth and with such passion as given by the two actors, who were excellent. The children did not really enjoy the tour (ages 11, 14 and 16 yrs) which was a pity as we wanted them to learn about their Irish history in a more vivid way than in the classroom. Maybe it will stick with them when they are learning back at school! Thank you.
