Natalia was our guide on this tour and she was excellent. Her knowledge of the content of the museum was impressive and her English language skills were excellent. She was very accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. Even though the gallery is huge we did not feel rushed. Investing in the Moscow City pass saved us a lot of money - good value
Many of the places we wanted to visit were covered by the pass, so had been paid for in advance. It was good not to have to queue. The guide proved to be invaluable, being a handy size to carry with us throughout our holiday. Mentioning Tram 7 from Kievskaya Metro Station to Sparrow Hills would be helpful, to avoid a long and confusing walk, since there are insufficient signposts in Moscow.

Had a little trouble finding the ticket office in GUM, it is actually in line 3 but not at the fountain, it is further down the hall. Just a phone call & we found it. We got our tickets & started to enjoy Moscow. Well worth it!!!
we could not use our mobile voucher. We had to go to meeting point to take the card then use the card to change for a ticket. which does not make sense. however the facility to get in sightseeing points was very handy.

Very good visit to the Tretyakov. Good pace. Knowledgeable guide. Showed us some of the key art works, and gave good explanations and biographical information about the artists.
