What people are saying about Train World

Overall rating

4.5
(351 reviews)

We went to Train world not being sure how interesting the museum would be and thought we will be out in an hour, however surprisingly we spent around 2 good hours exploring the museum. Lot of good info and to scale models to see. Also the real locomotives and carriages are undoubtedly the stars. Just wish more locomotives and carriages were available to be explored from the inside. However quite a good time to kill nonetheless!

We used the parking next to the museum. We paid FULL amount for 4 hours = 10.56 EUROS. Museum visitors only pay a maximum of 3.90 Euros for the first 4 hours. The museum did not inform us about this. We left at 15h30, we could not go back to the museum for information and make a claim. Disappointing.

Odd about the animals on the leaflet The display of clothing was good however it was hard to see behind the walls and wasn’t in English

Good service, everyone speaks English well, large areas and great experience, the 8-year-old was blissful

Such a fabulous place - every level just more and more wow A place we would happily return again
