Everything was perfect. Came to Get Your Guide to look for tickets as the main tour was sold out on the website. Have visited London many times but thought the boat tour would be a nice touch for the birthday girl. The exchange of tickets at both attractions was really easy and the staff of the CityCruises was amazing. The only down side of it was the fact that they were operating winter hours that day and we could only get the boat one way with the last one leaving at 4.40pm, which didn't say on the ticket, and it meant we had one journey only. However this did not impact our overall enjoyment of the activity and it just meant we left earlier. Highly recommended!

It was really nice, I thought it was great that they said something about the buildings/sights that we saw. You were given small, very tasty snacks and sparkling wine. I can definitely recommend it.

Very good, very punctual and organized. First class staff. The views from the upper deck are the best of the activity. In my opinion, it's a better concept than tea time itself.

I didn't go on the cruise as well, but the studio tour was really amazing. It is nice for both children and adults who loved the Harry Potter movies.

Okay, the appetizers could have been a little more, but the music was great, and the whole trip was beautiful too
