We expected a guided tour. Out guide, Elena, was talking only in the bus on the way to Siena, mostly in Spanish to 4 people vs 40 English speakers. She also talked constantly to the bus driver, why was gesticulating while talking at the same time while driving bus with one hand on the spiral narrow roads in Tuscany! Very scary experience! And totally unsafe! We did not have any excursion in Siena, like other groups, just given 1 hour on our own. Bus was parked so far, that it took 30 min each way to get there. Corinna Peruciotti, the leader at Azienda Agricola Panzanello, was amazing. Super knowledgeable, kind, warm, with perfect English, she made a wine tasting and the dinner truly amazing! It worth mentioning that Spanish translation to 4 people constantly interfered with presentation and experience.

Adam (our driver) and Fabio (our guide) were a perfect pair. Fabio was very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and recommend shopping and eateries, They both kept us on schedule and made sure that we saw all that we could see during our day. Fabio had great relationships in the areas that we visited and was able to provide great service. When asking about another excursion that we were planning ourselves, both Adam and Fabio were quick to offer options and solve our problems on how were were going to get to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast on our 2 day plan. They went out of there way to arrange for us to join their planned tour to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast along with dropping us at our hotel for our extended stay. In addition to that, Adam met us the next evening to bring us back to Rome. We were thrilled with all they planned for us for both Siena & San Giminiano along with our trip to Amalfi.
