Venture inside Sumida Park, most resplendent in spring when thousands of cherry trees are in bloom. Check out quirky Tanuki-doori, and the adult theaters of the historic Rokku Ward. Take souvenir photos of Hanayashiki, the oldest amusement park in Japan. Ride down Denpoin Street, where little has changed since World War II as you make your way back to the starting point.   • Each rickshaw is 29.1 inches (74 centimeters) wide. You might find it more comfortable to book individual rickshaws for each passenger
