Really well organised trip which visited really excellent locations at a bargain price. Fuji views were awesome. We were left in no doubt as to what time to meet back at the mini bus too during stops. I would suggest though dropping the trip to the shopping outlet as it meant that those of us who went to the peace shrine instead had less time there and it was rushed. It also took nearly four hours to get back to Tokyo, which was a shame. This was caused by a car accident, so it was out of anyone's control.

  • Japan Pocket WiFi Router 4G LTE Unlimited Usage

    6. Japan Pocket WiFi Router 4G LTE Unlimited Usage

Access 4G LTE WiFi across Japan with this pocket router that connects to the Softbank Network. Have the router delivered to your hotel or pick it up at the airport. Pick-up services also available in our Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Naha, Shin-Chitose, Fukuoka, Naha, and Shinjuku Airport counters.  The devices can be returned at most major airports in Japan, or via delivery from any hotel, Family Mart, or Lawson convenience stores.

WiFi Router was waiting for us on our arrival at hotel (Pick up point), and were able to leave it at hotel on our departure (delivery point). Prompt and impressive communication from Vision Inc. who arranged this in Tokyo. Such a smooth transaction and the WiFi Router itself a nice size to carry around. It lost signal quite a few times BUT we were most of the time on the underground in Tokyo and it was just for a moment with it re-connecting straight away to the underground directions we were using. We only had a problem in the Asakusa area of Tokyo for some strange reason on both occasions. It was very good on navigating the whole of Tokyo to and including the whole of Kyoto, etc. To sum up: A whole lot better than we imagined it would be - reliable and when charged up easily lasted all day.

This shrine is the final resting place of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the founder of the Tokugawa Shogunate that ruled Japan for over 250 years until 1868, known as the Edo Period. You can appreciate the beauty of this shrine complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site, whilst learning the interesting stories and legends of the buildings from your guide. After visiting the Nikko Toshogo Shrine, you will pass through the Iroha Slope. It is famous for its 48 sharp turns along its route, and is portrayed in the animation ”Initial D”. The road is very popular for its autumn l...

In this short tour I was able to visit the shrine, see the water fall, the beautiful lake, mountain and enjoyed a local onsen. The two rest stops were worth visiting as well because there were clean toilets (one had ikebana and origami display), nice restaurants and shops :) Every activity was well paced out I think. The tour guide was very patient and helpful. She came prepared with the map drawn by her and English explanation. She gave tips on where we had better spent more time at the shrine. The onsen experience was not really amazing. It's a very small local and indoors onsen. Overall, considering the price that I paid for and places that I have experienced within a day, all's good.

Saya was very knowledgeable and helpful with teaching us our navigation skills needed to get around to other activities after our time with her. We had such a good time at the Shrine and then visiting Harajuku and the Totti Candy factory. We finished our tour at the Shibuya Crossing and watched some people on a Mario Cart tour. I highly recommend using Saya she’s very fluent in English and is awesome with little ones. Thank you Saya for an amazing morning!

I met my guide at the designated meeting place near the station. She was early so we had extra time to get acquainted. I was the only on the tour so Kazumi was very flexible to my interests. She was informative, engaging, and warm - all along expressing her genuine love for the city and showing non-locals the insiders’ way around the market. She was prepared with literature, graphics and pictures. We had fantastic treats - exceptional quality of ingredients. I recommend this tour with Kazumi. One small recommendation: I would suggest shifting the tour time slightly to bridge the lunch time opening of some establishments in order to timely spread the tastings before, during, and after the lunch period.

Good value for money. We were very lucky to have an excellent full view of Mt Fuji the entire day. Among the places we went to Arakurayama Sengen Park was the best, Lake Kawaguchi came second, but it was a little too much time given to that place. Guide Ai was very polite; they provided disinfectant at the bus, which was very appropriate as I was a little nervous about going on a bus trip at the time of an outbreak. They changed the last stop to another village because the one on the original itinerary was temporarily closed. Overall it felt a little too long for such an easy tour, but I was satisfied thanks to great weather and perfect views of Mt Fuji.

Tour was fantastic! Naow was a great guide - informative, kind, great English, very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves such as by being our personal photographer!! We were very lucky with the weather and had great views - would recommend checking the weather in advance to booking. Ps. At the lake, get bento boxes or the like from a 7 eleven and enjoy the views of the mountain whilst eating!! Better than the restaurant!

This was a wonderful day trip with extraordinary sights of breathtaking Mt. Fugi. Even though our driver Was limited English speaking, (private van tour) he was kind and caring beyond belief.

The spots our guide took us to we're amazing. We took lots of pictures and hope to go back and see a few more.
