The driver will be wait for you outside of hotel lobby in Tokyo's 23 wards or at a location designated by the customer. Drivers will wait no longer than 50 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Your pickup details will be confirmed in advance, so please let the activity provider know your phone number, WhatsApp, email, LINE, etc. In addition, you will receive the driver information a day before the trip. You just send us your location we will pick you up from your address if pick up outside of Tokyo please contact the activity provider first.

  • If customers want to go 5th station they have to take shuttle bus service from Mt Fuji's parking lot and price is 1000 yen.
  • Pickup is not available from airports,ports and Stations so please check first before booking the activity
  • Pickup is possible from hotels, hostels, airbnbs, apartments, or other addresses in Tokyo's 23 wards.
  • Sometimes Drivers could be late upto 30 minutes due to traffic conditions on highways
  • Please inform the local provider of any of any extra requirements like child seat needs or allergies, etc.

The activity is great especially if you would like to see MT Fuji and it was a very personalised and private tour. We really enjoyed it. Our guide Umair Mughal was very good. He came to pick us 15 mins before and dropped us back on time. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. He drove cautiously. He knew history of the shrines. We wanted to see mount fuji as close as possible and he made an attempt and got us about station 1 as we were only allowed upto there. He helped with our food options and took a lot of our pictures. Great trip overall
