What people are saying about Tivoli
Overall rating
We had a fantastic tour great to just sit on a bus and have a care free day after the hustle and bustle of Rome. The Tour was great hosted by Alshisha who was brilliant very knowledgable on her subjects. She kept the tour moving along at a good pace for all to keep up with her. The Villas were exceptional and the gardens too. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone and forget any negative comments about the lunch served it was excellent. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.
If you want a hassle free trip to Tivoli and want to see the two main attractions you are well advised to book this tour. The lunch was in a lovely Trattoria (which means family restaurant) close to Villa D'Este. Without the bus transfer getting to Tivoli and back to Rome might be more trouble and taking a rental car would mean you need to drive in Italian traffic. Our guide Giuseppe was a native to Tivoli and made the trip a great a great experience.
We liked the punctuality of the guide Simone, to start the activity, he speaks good Spanish, he is very kind. In Tivoli, he gave us good orientation of the places to visit, (Villa de Adriano) then he guided us to a good restaurant for lunch. The last place visited, the waterfall, seemed to us an incredible place with a great view of Tivoli and even Rome in the distance. Thank you Simone. We really liked the whole activity.
Places definitely worth visiting! Our guide Caterina explained everything perfectly. The organization was also impeccable, the ride was comfortable, audio receivers and headphones were available. I would go again!
Marcia/ Masha had s hat way of explaining history and knew her way around the sites to take advantage of the time.
