This activity was wonderful. Pick up and drive to the first stop went smoothly. Note: if you get picked up at a hotel, there may be several tour guides stopping by to pick up people that booked other tours. They will call your name if it’s your tour. Delphi was great! Our tour guide really knew their stuff, and it was a good amount of time. We took several stops on the way there and back, no need to worry about not getting a bathroom break. We stayed at the 3 star hotel. Simple, clean, good breakfast, nothing fancy - but for a one night stay it’s not needed. We arrived the first day in time for dinner and had time to walk around the town after. The highlight was the monasteries. Our guide was fantastic, we were one of the first groups there and managed to avoid most of the crowds. The drive through the mountains were incredible, and the artwork in the monasteries was fantastic. The drive back was a little long but worth it for what we saw. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable.

Dimitris was an excellent guide. He interspersed humor with history and culture and was very informative and he knew of what he spoke. If your plans include the Meteora Day tour, be sure to ask for Dimitris. Excellent tour, very well worth it. The stops for lunch and dinner were great. The transportation was very comfortable and included WiFi on the bus. Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime tour! Highly recommend!

Everything about this trip was amazing. The information given by our wonderful guide on the way to Meteora was interesting. The coach was comfortable. We were given plenty of time in each monastery. We felt safe on the windy roads up to the top and on the way down we had a delicious meal at a restaurant chosen by the trip. I can totally recommend this tour.

Amazing, just surreal! It was a well organised tour, the bus drivers are so good at their job, our tour guide clement was informative, fun and showed us other interesting places as well as the monasteries

Wonderful day out of Athens with stunning scenery. So worth the long bus ride.
