What people are saying about Thermopylae

I also considered a train tour, but I was physically worried about the short trip schedule because it was early in the morning and late at night, so it was the correct answer for a car. It was a family of four, including two elementary school students, with a driver in a seven-seater car, and the price was the same as for four train tours. Instead of going to Thermopylae, I went around three monasteries in Meteora. I'm glad I went. Thank you very much.

Wonderful day with amazinggg views! Our guide, Costas, communicated promptly and was very pleasant throughout. This tour was definitely worth paying a little extra, as we had the convenience of a private Mercedes van versus dealing with catching a public train. The drive each way is long, but totally worth it. You won’t be disappointed!

Meteora is breathtaking and not to be missed. Our driver was good, but did not provide any commentary in the 4 hour drive from Athens and back. Also arrived about half hour late for pickup from hotel. Still a wonderful tour overall

We had a great experience going to Meteora. The drive was long, but the experience of visiting the monasteries was worth it. Our driver was very helpful.

Dimitri great driver and a lot of knowledge about area
