Highly recommend visiting and having some cake and cappuccino in the cafe upstairs. T one your visit though as Western afternoon sun in the fall months can blind you from viewing most of Vienna. Great gift shop downstairs. Booked tickets on the bus 10mins away and tickets were in hand for me to skip the line. Mobile pass options would have been better as shaking the ticket at the turnstiles was difficult. Don't wait on line of you orchard Skip the Line tickets.. Snake around everyone and hit the turnstiles directly. Better signage could avoid some confusion. They need some viewing binoculars upstairs..there aren't any.

Brenda was an excellent guide.,well informed and very entertaining.. she went out of her way to help us and we were delighted with our experience She also got us the last table in the cafe landtmann.. a remarkable achievement given the crowded conditions Brenda is a treasure! Mark our driver was most accommodating even lending me his hat when I got cold!

We visited at the beginning of March so it wasn’t that busy. The lift has a glass roof so you can watch as the life ascends to the top of the towers. The view from the tower is amazing! The restaurant/cafe at the top slowly revolves that you don’t actually notice. The staff are friendly and polite.

Great views from very high up! Not sure the cake and drink was worth the extra money though, as you're limited on choice for what's included. Plus we only had until 16:30 to claim it! That wasn't mentioned during booking.

Splendid 360 view of Vienna from the observation deck and the Turmcafé and Donau Shop were great! Superbly arranged outing with hassle-free shuttle service.
