    The cruise was very nice, we really enjoyed the show and the views from the upper level! What we did not like was the food but we realize this does not have to do with the travel agency. Our tour guide Ahmed did whatever he could to satisfy our needs and checked on us frequently on how we were doing and if we needed anything else. Another thing that we did not like was the change at the time of pick up that happened really last minute. Again we acknowledge that this may not have to do with the travel agency directly but with the communication between the page we made the booking from and the agency.

    it was a good experience and loved the dancing part alot. Thanks to our guide MOSTAFA ORTEGA, he made sure we have a pleasant night starting from the time of pickup from the hotel till he dropped us back. he really was helpful and a very nice guy.

    Ahmed was the perfect host during our dinner on the Nile cruise ! He picked us up early because we asked if we could possibly stop somewhere before dinner. He was able to take us to that place then still made it on time for the dinner. He was so kind and gracious. He waited with us while we ate our dinner, helped us take pictures and just made sure we had an overall good time. This was the best experience ever !

    El tour lo reserve el dia enterior por la noche y al dia siguiente el guia me estaba esperando en el hotel. Al final fui la unica participante y el tour lo hicieron personalizado para mi sin ningun coste adicional. Me recogieron a las 10 de la manana y a las 17 me trajeron de vuelta.

    Everything was very good. We had a particular experience though when we landed, we did it on a sugarcane field (which seems to be normal on the area), but the farmer got really mad when the people from the balloon company told him they would not pay him for having landed in his field; so the man got really angry and did not want to let the minivan leave the place to take us back. The people from the balloon had to get tough on him, very sad to see this is quite a common situation in Egypt, everyone wants extra money from the tourists

guide with perfect knowledge and great spelling skills! Mohammed was our guide and he was simply awesome. Everything announced was visited and customized to our needs. With a small group of 4 it was very great. From the pickup by a well air conditioned micro bus to the drop off at the hotel, everything was wonderful. Everyone who has the chance to go for it, don't hesitate it's 1000 percent worth it. Thanks again to the people who organized the tour and thanks to Mohammed for the day!! I

Absolutely amazing experience. Long bus ride there and back, but the experience was worth it. Our tour guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease.
