Other than a lot of Covid impacts to the individual attractions, this pass is a good value. It IS a bit confusing up front and some of the timed attractions did not allow you to book the times in advance. But overall, we had no issues... and the attractions were all familiar with the pass and accepted it without much issue. We were very satisfied with our choice of this as opposed to purchasing individual tickets.

Disappointed that the hop on hop off busses were not available and the only pick up spot for the Big Bus was Times Square so we missed out using the bus to get around. Otherwise a good deal and you get to see a lot of NY!

I cannot say enough positive things about Leanne! She far-exceeded my expectations from a tour guide: incredibly knowledgeable, informative, organized, entertaining and experienced. It’s obvious she’s passionate about the subject matter, which made for a thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying experience. As for the tour itself, it’s a fantastic opportunity to gain an overview of the sites. Not a totally immersive experience and not quite long enough to take in all that there is to offer, but now I know I want to return on my own when I have more time to dedicate to these national treasures.
Very easy to locate group from the beginning. Easy to stay with a tour guide. Very relaxing. We paid for the full guided tour.
