Awesome....great guide with a fantastic flair for storytelling

This tour was really quite something....it combined both history and the best of Irish culture....we visited 13th century Dublin Castle which was spectacular. Our guide Phil told us all the incredible stories associated with the Castle its importance in Irish history and th events that led to Queen Victoria falling out with the Castle postmaster over a particular incident. We also found out that Bram Stoker the author of Dracula worked here for over 10 years while writing his famous novel. We then visited the oldest pub in Ireland where we shared a pint and heard incredible stories of its nearly 900 years of history. Our group were so well looked after by Phil...he was such a storyteller full of Irish charm and wit. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dublin.
