We were originally put off a little by the cost but I can tell you now, it was worth every single penny and was our most favourite day on our holiday. Our guide, Joanna, was extremely knowledgeable and her love for the Highlanders and their way of living is evident. She’s a huge asset to your company! The cheese was delicious, Zakopane is stunning and the spa was amazing. We were given plenty of time to explore and never felt rushed. I’d absolutely recommend this trip to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to do this again - we’re already planning on coming back to see Zakopane in the snow!

Our day trip was amazing. Our tour guide Joanne was great, so informative and happy! We all loved the cultural experiences before the thermal spas.

really enjoyed the trip could have done with a bit longer at the spa - guide was really friendly and approachable and gave great recommendations

Everything was great, Joanna was really helpful and was always giving us information and recommendations!

Amazing from start to finish would recommend this to everyone visiting Poland
