Be enchanted by the beauty of Sicily on a cruise from Giardini Naxos to Isola Bella. Discover the “Mediterranean Pearl” that the German Baron, Wilhelm von Gloeden introduced to the world. Given to the mayor of Taormina by King Ferdinand II of Bourbon in 1806, the tiny island of Isola Bella was purchased by the British philanthropist Florence Trevelyan and has been a World Wildlife Fund for Nature natural reserve since 1998. Relax and swim at this wonderful spot, and look for the many different birds and marine species it attracts. Get a great view of Taormina and the mighty Mount Etna in the background. Drop anchor at the Grotta Azzurra (Blue Grotto) and nearby Grotta del Giorno, where the water is clear blue and provides ideal conditions for snorkeling. Cherish this day to just relax and be cradled by the waves and summer breeze.

Very friendly guide and they take you to nice snorkling spots. What could be better is that they should tell you where you can park your car and where exactly you will have to come to. By the way: Lemon parking is excellent for parking your car. Its 350 meter away from where you have to be and it costs only 2 euro per hour.

Was a perfect tour!! Davide and his mate took us to two very nice spots for snorkelling. First stop at Isola Bella , beautiful azure blue water . A lot of fishes and Red Starfishes. Second stop near the coastline, again very nice !! Refreshments and fresh fruit included. I can recommend this trip

Relaxing boat trip along the coast

It is signposted to leave from Taormina, but it is still a 20 minute regional interbus ride to get to the port of Giardini Naxos. Because we had misjudged this, we called the telephone number indicated on the voucher to inform us that we might arrive later. We were well helped over the phone and they indicated that it was passed on to the captain. The captain was waiting for us at the harbor and we were cheerfully welcomed and reassured. Afterwards we had a very pleasant boat trip along the coast. We were well helped in choosing the right snorkel and afterwards we could enjoy a wonderful dive at two beautiful locations. All in all, you can relax and take a cooling dip.
