It was a pretty pleasant lounge with good food and a nice variety of dishes. Plenty of chairs with tables but not many lounging type chairs. I thought it was good value for money. I hadn’t realized there were multiple Miracle Lounges and maybe the people checking us in could have put us right and send us to the lounge closest to our gate.

Easily booked and paid online. A good (low) price. A large comfortable vehicle arrived 15 minutes before the due time. The smart, smiling driver loaded the luggage and then swiftly took us to the airport. He then obtained a trolley and unloaded the luggage onto it. He was charming. A perfect transfer.

The lounge was pleasant and not too crowded. Reasonable selection of food which was tasty and some alcohol available. However given you can eat really cheaply at Bangkok airport, unless you want to drink plenty of alcohol the cost of almost £25 each is not really worth it.

Decent place to relax and have a basic breakfast. Nice variety of snacks etc available. The place was clean and the sofas were relaxing. Highly recommended.

It was worrying and stressful, when the driver said we couldn’t fit in the car. We booked for five people and of course we would all have luggage.
