Sumaya Cooking Class
In 1935, SUMAYA was founded as a Japanese restaurant in the center of Kyoto city. It delivered high quality Japanese cuisine dishes to famous temples and companies and served them to local people. Today, the 4th owner holds Japanese home cooking class. Its recipes are based on the ones for professionals, and they are arranged to be easy for beginners. We teach the charm of Japanese cuisine “Washoku” to many people.
