Travel one block north to Stephen Avenue, named after the first president of the CPR. This street is mainly a pedestrian only street which makes for great sightseeing. Notice the beautiful architecture and sandstone facades. Make your way east towards Olympic Plaza. After a short introduction to East Village you will re-enter downtown to visit Calgary's City Hall, a picturesque building that might be missed without a knowledgeable local guide. Next, Juame Plensa's Wonderland Sculpture sit below the Bow Tower. The Bow's towering height and Wonderlands grandeur size compliments the area and gives Calgary a larger than life feel. From here you enter into The Bow for a short 15-minute rest, where you'll have the opportunity to use the restroom, or pick up a coffee.
